Kathy Parrish, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. Kathy is preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, Johnny Helton; son, Johnny Jr.; daughter, Natasha; brother, George Ison; and sister, Margaret Combs. Kathy is survived by daughter; Seriena and husband Shaun Johnson of Florida; granddaughter, Kendra and husband Daniel Proffitt of Hansonville VA; grandson, Dustin Nash of Abingdon VA; grandson, Trace Nash of Swords Creek VA; and three great grandkids, Ashton, Summer and Laikyn; sister and best friend, Brenda and her husband Glen Walden of TN; brother, Frank Ison and his wife of TN; several nieces and nephews.
