Kermett Wayne Singleton

Kermett "Punkin" Singleton, born August 19, 1971, in Martinsville, VA. Passed away June 8, 2026, at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He was a dedicated member of the HSMM. He loved the Lord and loved listening to the Gospel. In his daily life, he was a hardworking man doing construction, building porches, painting, remodeling, and repairs, etc. He would bring a smile into any room he walked into. He was a goofball that could make anyone laugh. He will be missed so much by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Kermett is preceded in death by his mother Kathy F. Singleton.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Christy J. Singleton; father, Kermett B. Singleton; daughters, Miranda N. Singleton, and McKayla B. Singleton; sisters, Lois F. Roark and husband Ernie, Sylvia E. Cross and husband Eddie, Carolyn M. Williams and husband Prosser, and Ashlee D. Singleton; brother, Clarence "Peanut" E. Singleton; grandchildren, Kameran M. McGuire, Jaxton G. Singleton, and Kayce M. McGuire, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
