Linda Ann Dallas

Linda Dallas, 83, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Holston Valley Hospital surrounded by family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She retired from Holston Defense and worked at Belk department store for several years.

Born in December 1941, Linda was preceded in death by her parents Elmo and Charlotte Fortner; sisters Peggy McConnell and Charlotte Hale; brothers Charles and wife Linda and Morgan Fortner; niece Rhonda Vaughn and nephews David Lynn and Keith Fortner.

She is survived by her daughter Kim Webb and grandson Hunter Webb and several special nieces and nephews. One special nephew Eldon Hale (Elaine) of California of whom she considered a brother. A special thanks to her niece Sandy Weaver that brought her food and always checked on her at home and in the hospital and provided comfort and support to her daughter Kim. She leaves behind her cat Millie that she loved very much and kept her company.

Linda loved putting out flowers every year and enjoyed taking care of them. She also loved spending time in the sun and laying by the pool and on the beach.

Honoring her wishes, Linda will be cremated and no formal service will be held.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
