Lori Justis Lane, 59, of Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
Lori was born in Greeneville, Tennessee, and was a member of the Sullivan South High School Class of 1985. During her school years, she was a talented athlete who enjoyed staying active and competing in many sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, and softball. She loved the Lord and was a proud member of Glen Alpine United Methodist Church. She also loved the beach, living there for quite some time and reminiscing about being in Florida. More than anything, Lori adored her children and her family. She was friendly, outgoing, and never met a stranger. Her loving heart, warm personality, and kindness toward others will be remembered by all who knew her.
Lori was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Jennifer Michelle Lane; her father, James Justis; maternal grandmother, Ruby Warren; maternal grandfather, Delmond Warren and wife Lena; paternal grandparents, Drew and Pauline Justis; paternal uncle, Tom Justis; and paternal uncle and aunt, Bert and Thanna Starnes.
