M Jill Jordan

M. Jill Jordan, 88, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Born in Welch, West Virginia, Jill spent her life surrounded by family, faith, and the simple joys that brought her happiness. She had a lifelong love of music, especially hearing her son Mike preach and the beautiful harmonies of gospel singing, which brought her comfort and inspiration.

Jill enjoyed a fulfilling career at the Kingsport Press, where she dedicated herself with pride and professionalism until her retirement. She was known for her meticulous care of her home, always keeping it warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Dancing was one thing that always brought her joy. She embraced life with a spirited and outspoken personality, a sharp wit, and a wonderful sense of humor.

Her heart was full of love for her dogs, Sheena and Annie, and for her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, whose laughter and company she cherished. Jill's love, guidance, and lively spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Wren and Nancy Carter; her first husband, Jerry Coffman; her second husband, Bruce Jordan; and her daughter, Sharon Wilson.

Jill is survived by her son, Michael Coffman (Rhonda); grandchildren Josh Coffman (Tiffany), Joey Coffman, Heather Moorefield (Dale), Kathy Adorante (Tyler), and Matt McCamy (Angela); several great-grandchildren; stepchildren; nieces and nephews; and a family who will forever cherish her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.

Family and Friends are invited to Trinity Memorial Centers on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:30 PM and services will begin at 1:30 PM.
