Mark Dorton

Mark Dorton, 66, of Kingsport,Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on January 26th 2023.
Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Jones Dorton; son Christopher Mendez and wife Rachel.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle James; son, Ronald Victor James and wife Christina James; grandchildren, Michael James, Joshua James, Christopher James, Alexandria Mendez, Jasmine James, Xavier James, Gabriel James, Ava James; Sister in Law, Tammy Cavin; niece and nephews, Amber Cavin, Billy Cavin, and Aaron Jones; great nieces and nephews Isaiah Jones, Raven Jones, and Mya Jones.
Mark was a free and loving spirit with friends in and around the Tri-Cities. A member of Freewill Baptist Church, his faith in God and his love of family were great comforts to him.
A service of remembrance will be held at Shades of Grace Friday February 3rd at 1pm
