Mark Matthew Waters

Matthew "Mark" Waters, 73, of Elizabethton, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Grace Waters; daughter, Brittany Martin; and several other family members.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Mindy Waters; grandsons, Brian Thomas, Dylan Davis, Zackary Davis, and Austin Davis; great grandson James Davis; son in law Chad Davis; nieces, Rebecca Waters of Morristown, TN, Lisa Price of Newport, TN; nephew Ben Waters of Elizabethton, TN; several other family members, and all of Elizabethton, Tennessee.
