Martha Carolyn Laster

Martha Carolyn Laster (Collins) was born on May 23, 1961 to JP and Hattie Collins. She married Gary Laster in 1984 and later became a mother to Aaron Laster. She was also a grandmother (nisi) to two little boys.

Martha loved to sew and make quilts for the ones she loved. She also loved to talk about Jehovah's promises of what the future holds. She was kind and loving, she never met a stranger.

Martha fell asleep in death on May 8, 2026 at Holston Valley Medical Center with her loving husband by her side. She is preceded in death by her father, JP Collins, and her mother, Hattie Collins.

Martha is survived by her husband-Gary Laster, her son-Aaron Laster and his wife-Katelyn Laster, two grandsons-Kaydence & Alistair. Her sister-Deanna Collins and brother-Kevin Collins, as well as many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
