Marty Lynn Roller

Marty Lynn Roller went to see his heavenly father on June 18th, 2026. He was born on July 27th, 1956 to the late Glenn and Virginia Roller. Marty was a Godly man who worked hard and cherished and loved his family with all his heart. Marty worked most of his life at Kingsport Press as a pressman, then retired from Eastman Chemical Co as a crane operator. He was very artistic, he loved to draw, and could build or make anything with his hands. He loved farming and had a passion and love for his horses. When he wasn't loving on his horses, he was riding his Harley Davidson and just enjoying his best life. When Marty was around he definitely put a smile on everyone's face and was sure to fill your heart with laughter. Marty was kind and was willing to help anyone who needed it. He attended and was a member of Hillcrest Bible Mission Baptist Church.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents; uncle, Gene Roller and wife Ruth; nephew Stacy Surgenor; and brother-in-law, Danny Surgenor.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Brent Roller and wife Samantha; daughter Angelica Roller; granddaughter, Shelby Roller; sister, Pat Surgenor; nephew Mark Surgenor; Aunt, Jewel Snodgrass; companion Shirley; great nephew and great niece; and lots of friends and family.
A service will be held at Trinity Funeral Home on Friday June 26th, 2026 at 2pm with Pastor Bob Ferguson officiating. Receiving of family and friends will start at 1pm prior to the service. Graveside service will follow the funeral service at Eastlawn Cemetery in Kingsport, TN. Pallbearers will be Brent Roller, Ivan Light, Daryl Woods, and Travis Olterman.
