Nell Rose Culver

Nell Rose Culver, 96, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Nell was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Culver; her parents, Walter B. and Delphia Maddox Osborne; her brothers, Bruce (Wilma), Walter B., Jr. (Mary), Fred (Bobbi), Tom (Marsha), Harold (Betty), George (Shirley), and Ronald (Flossie); and her sisters, Ruth (Woodrow), Elizabeth, and Pat (Eddie).

Those left to cherish Nell's memory are her sons, Kenneth and Norman Culver; her grandson, Willi (Alex); her great-grandson, Cruz; her sister, Freeta (Jack) Campbell; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at East Lawn Memorial Park.

The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to her nieces, Linda and Janet.

In lieu of flowers, please give a homeless person a meal and eat with them.
