Nicholas Allen Bailey

Nicholas "Nick" Allen Bailey, age 33, of Piney Flats, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Nick was born on June 8,1993, in Johnson City, Tennessee, to his parents, Terry and Jeanette Bailey. He graduated from Sullivan Central High School and went on to earn his associate degree from Northeast State Community College. Nick had a strong work ethic, a creative soul, and a generous heart. Alongside his boss and close friend, Zack, he spent much of his time cutting down trees and splitting wood. Nick had a lot of interests, and though he never seemed to have enough time for all of his hobbies, his absolute favorite was creating vibrant spray and pour paint artwork. He is survived and deeply missed by his parents, Terry and Jeanette; his brother, Terry "TC"; and his cherished grandparents, Herren and Otti Floyd. He also leaves behind his uncles, Carl and Cliff; his cousins, Mitch and Piper; and a host of extended family members and friends who will forever treasure his memory. A celebration of life for Nick will be held at the family's lake home during the Labor Day holiday weekend. Additional details will be announced by the family at a later time.
