Orville Repass

Orville "Mickey" Repass, 85, of Kingsport, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 1, 2025. Born on June 6, 1940, to Robert and Thelma Repass in Kingsport, Tennessee, Mickey lived a full and joyful life, always surrounded by the people he loved most.

He worked faithfully for 33 years at Eastman and proudly served his country in the Reserves. Known as a man who loved to keep a project in his hands, whether it was fixing something around the house or tinkering in the garage, Mickey enjoyed working on anything and had a knack for fixing things. A lifelong Nascar fan, he loved the thrill of the race, but even more, he loved the simple pleasures of life. He and Linda treasured many adventures traveling with family and friends. More than anything, Mickey's happiest moments were spent at home in the company of loved ones, where his gentle spirit made him a friend to all. To his family, he will forever be remembered as their "sweet old man."

Mickey left this world peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Thelma Repass, and his brother, Robert "Andy" Repass.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 53 years, Linda; sons, Donnie Stone (Christi) and Brad Repass (Ashley); grandchildren, Justin Stone, Chance Stone, Blake Stone, Abbey Repass, and DJ Brown; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Centers. A graveside service and interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Mickey's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, for he truly was a blessing to everyone he met.
