Phyllis Hammond

Phyllis Hammond, 74, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Phyllis was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, to the late Fred Barrett and Ruby Barrett. She met and married Roger Hammond and raised their family. Phyllis worked as a certified nursing assistant, as well as in a variety of positions at Eastman Chemical.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Hammond; brother, Gary Barrett; sister, Mary-Ann McDavid.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Daniel Russell and his wife, Laura; grandchildren, Christopher and Adrian Russell; best friend, Patsy Stapleton.
