Robert "Steve" Steven Cash

Robert "Steve" Steven Cash went to be with the Lord on Saturday surrounded by his family at Johnson City Medical Center. Steve was the oldest of five children born to Bob and Frances Cash. Steve was a good caretaker of his mom after the passing of his dad. Steve loved to ride motorcycles in his younger days. He taught his nephews how to fish for bluegill and bass. Steve had a keen sense of humor and was always playing practical jokes. Steve was a graduate of Sullivan East High School and was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church.

Steve is preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Cash, and sister, Vicky Call. Survivors include his mother, Frances Cash; brothers, David Cash (Michele) and Mark Cash; sister, Becky Cox; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Skipper. Steve's wishes were to be cremated.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Piney Flats. Visitation will be held from 6pm until 7pm, with services beginning at 7pm by his cousin, Rev. Eddie Smith.
