oger Lee Carter, 47, passed away Thursday (January 1, 2015). A Memorial Service will be held Monday (January 12, 2015) from 3 to 5 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Centers (1221 Stewball Circle Kingsport). Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family of Mr. Roger Lee Carter.
