Rosemary Mutter

Rosemary Brooks Mutter, 89, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Frank Mutter; parents, Jessee Earl and Henrietta Brooks; brother, Bud Brooks, Joe Brooks; daughter, Donna Mutter; granddaughter, Rosie Mutter.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Suzanne Mutter Neale; son, Tom Mutter and fiance Tena Sherman, Nathan Mutter and wife Vickie; grandchildren, Jessica Neale and Donnie Neale, Frank Mutter and wife Meredith, Tyler Mutter, and Natalie Mutter; great-granddaughter, Avery Rose; great-great grandson, Kamari Neale; sister, Wynona Francisco and husband Bob; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at East Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023, at 3:00 pm, Pastor Rick Meade will be officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
