Roy Ivan McClelland, 85, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Very early Sunday morning, Mom's only brother passed from this world into the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We do not mourn his passing, for we know we will see him again in heaven one day. For now, we find comfort knowing that he is whole again-free from pain and the cares of this world.

He will always be remembered as the man in this picture: full of good humor and playing music. Roy was a kind and generous soul who loved God deeply and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need, even if he didn't have another to replace it. May every remembrance of him bring glory to God.

Internment at Arlington National Cemetery will be announced at a later time.
