Samuel William Greene

Samuel William Greene, 74, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Samuel was a truck driver and enjoyed gardening, working on cars, and woodworking. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Greene; his son, David S. Greene; granddaughter, Madison Teeple; and several siblings.

Samuel is survived by his wife of 54 years, Deborah Greene; daughters, Kim Kelley (Wayne) of Elizabethton, TN, and Samara Teeple (Justin) of Palmetto, FL; son, Samuel D. Greene (Jamie) of Daphne, AL; grandchildren, Christopher Kelley (Lacken), Bradley Kelley (Kristen), Elizabeth Higgins (Hunter), Jada Greene, Maelee Teeple, David Greene, Ella Teeple, and Avery Teeple; great-grandchildren, Porter Johnson, Brynlee Kelley, and Cade Beasley; brother, Russell Greene; and sister, Amber Greene.

Per his wishes, no services will be held.
