Scotty Ray Ball

Scotty "Scott" Ray Ball, 64, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024.


Scott was born in Sullivan County, Tennessee. He spent his life working as a painter and supporting those in his neighborhood. Scott had a warm heart and bright soul. He was truly loved by Missy. Scott brought joy to those who knew him and was always willing to help others, even if he didn't know how.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Wayne "Jingo" Ball and Katherine Fields Ball; and his brother, Rick Ball.

Scott is survived by his fiance Missy; his brothers, Danny Fields, Charles Ball, and Eddie Ball; his sister, Mrs. Roger (Vickie) Dowdy; and his special cousins, Tony McClellan and Joey McClellan
