Stephen Baker Phillips

Stephen Baker Phillips, 83, of Bluff City, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Beverly H. and Fredricka (Diggs) Phillips; and brother, Eddie Phillips. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Zella Phillips; son, Joseph "Jody" Phillips; daughter, Rena Hyatt; grandchildren, Christina, Brittany, Linsey, Jimmy "J.J." and Caden; great grandchildren, Kelsey and Aden; and brother in law, Dallas Rasnick. Military graveside service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Mountain Home National Cemetery with military rites provided by American Legion Honor Guard Post 3/Gate City 265.
