Teresa Marie Olinger

Teresa Marie Olinger, 72, went home to be with the Lord and was greeted by her special sister, Fran, on July 3, 2026. She was born January 19, 1954 in Kingsport to the late Rev. RJ and Maedale Osborne.

Left to cherish Teresa's memory are her son, Jeff (Karrie) Walker; her daughter, Jamie (Josh) Rosenbalm; her grandchildren, Bo Walker, Cora Walker, and Creed (Bubby) Rosenbalm; her siblings, Linda Gibbons, David (Hannelore) Osborne, Marcus (Rita) Osborne, Rickey (Sharon) Osborne, and Randy (Cheri) Osborne.

She was a devoted mother and an over-the-top Mamaw to the love of her life, Creed.

The joys of life that made her the happiest was doing any type of yard work, gardening, placing her flowers in the most perfect spot, acting like she was was on the juror stand during trials while she watched on tv, and traveling either by car, plane, boat, or train. She didn't mind the destination, as long as she had Creed and Bear Bear by her side.

Teresa's greatest legacy is the love she poured into her family. Though she is no longer with us, her compassion, strength, and unwavering devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

In honor of Teresa's wishes, no formal services will be held. The family will gather privately at a later date to celebrate her life.
