Thomas (Poppy) Paul Galloway, 63, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Madge Hilton Galloway; sister, Pamela Galloway Fauver; brother, Cliff Galloway

Tom is survived by his wife of thirty six years, Pamela (NeNe) Depew Galloway; brother, Steve Galloway; sister, Paula Bowen (James); niece, "My Girl" Pamela Grace; special companion, "Lilly Girl"; several nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 4:00 to 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Port City Church, 2601 E. Center Street, Kingsport, Tennessee. A Memorial Service will follow at 5:00 PM with Toby Steffey officiating. Following the service, Rock Springs United Methodist Church, 227 Church View Drive, Kingsport, Tennessee, will be hosting a dinner for friends and family.
