Victor Bowman, 64, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, passed away on October 30, 2026.
He was born and raised in Carter County, Tennessee.
Victor is preceded in passing by his parents; a sister; and a brother.
He is survived by his children, Roger Murray and Sarah Murray Durbin; sisters, Kendra Canter and Sherry Jones; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
