Wanda Victoria Toney

Wanda "Vickie" Victoria Toney, 72, of Surgoinsville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

She worked most of her life at Walmart as a cashier. Vickie loved Tennessee Vols football. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly. Vickie truly loved life and her family.

Preceded by her husband, Ray Glenn Toney; daughter, Brandy Lou Toney; parents, Ekron Skeens and Helen Louise Bullock; and brothers, Robert Bullock, Dale Skeens, and Bruce Skeens.

Survived by sister, Zella Alley; granddaughters, Brittanie Toney, Madison Mallory (Alicia), and Kylie McCrary (Kadyn); and great-grandsons, Dallas Morgan and Axel Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.
