William "Willie" Randall Howard, 45, of Rogersville, Tennessee, passed peacefully into the Lord's embrace on October 8, 2025, at Holston Valley Medical Center surrounded by loved ones and even laughter. Always the jokester even to the very end. "I have fought the hard, long fight and I'm ready Lord" never passed his lips, only smiles, laughter, and love. A man's man who would give you the shirt off his back.
As he would say he was a "jack of all trades, master of none." He loved history, horror, aliens, Egypt, and God, as well as his babies and motors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Lawrence Howard and Virginia Ann Howard, several brothers and sisters, and close friends, who are all welcoming him.
He was survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, special nieces and nephews; daughter, Amber Denise Havey-Hensley (Brock), Justin Lee Havey (April), Jacob Blake Howard, several adopted children, 8 biological grandchildren, 18 adopted grandchildren, and his childhood sweetheart, Miracle Albright.
There will be two remembrance of life celebrations scheduled at a later date, in place of a service.
William asked one simple request "if you know me, you either loved me or hated me or loved to hate me, but no matter what, I bet you don't forget me."
