Wilma Jean Chappell
January 13, 1946 — August 17, 2023
Wilma Jean Buckley, 77,of Roan Mountain, TN, passed away on Thursday, August 17th, 2023.
Wilma was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She enjoyed reading, fishing, and watching old westerns.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, a brother, and her daughter Beatrice Simerly.
Wilma is survived by two brothers and two sisters and her children daughter, Kathleen (Danny) Brewer; son, Lesley (Drucilla) Buckley; son, Jerry (Christine) Buckley; son, Earl Buckley; ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A graveside committal service will be held at 11 AM, Monday, August 21, 2023, at Markland Hill Cemetery in Roan Mountain, TN.
Trinity Memorial Centers, (423-723-8177), is honored to serve the Chappell family.
