The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Whether you're seeking a simple cremation or a full traditional service, our pricing is transparent and designed to ease the burden. Cremation Services

Direct Cremation

Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; necessary authorizations. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are cardboard and fiberboard.


It's a simple, affordable option for families in Tri-Cities (East Tennessee and Southwest Virigina)  who prefer no ceremony or viewing.

Cremation with Memorial Service

This package is ideal for families who want a meaningful memorial service and visitation—without the need for a formal viewing. It offers both flexibility and affordability, allowing loved ones to gather, reflect, and celebrate a life well-lived.


Whether the service is held in our chapel or at your church, our professional staff will be there to assist every step of the way. We’ll welcome guests, receive and care for floral arrangements, and coordinate transportation of your loved one and any items needed for the service—ensuring everything runs smoothly and respectfully.

Cremation with Viewing and Funeral Service

This complete cremation package includes a viewing, funeral ceremony, and cremation—offering families the full traditional experience with added flexibility.


Our caring staff will guide you through every detail, including welcoming guests, coordinating the service, managing floral arrangements, directing attendees, and attending to your family’s needs throughout the day. We’ll also handle the setup and presentation of your slideshow, music playlist, and service books to create a personalized, meaningful farewell.


Please note: This package requires the purchase or rental of a cremation casket.

Transportation of Cremated Remains to Final Resting Place

We provide respectful and timely transportation of your loved one’s cremated remains to their final resting place, including Mountain Home National Cemetery, local cemeteries, or another chosen location. Shipment of Cremated Remains USPS

When you need to ship cremated remains, the United States Postal Service® offers Priority Mail Express® and Priority Mail Express International® service along with free packaging to protect your special mailing. We will assist with this service.

Immediate Burial

Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; and local transportation to cemetery. 


Our Immediate Burial package is designed for those seeking a respectful and private burial in East Tennessee or Southwest Virginia. It includes removal, preparation, and transportation to the cemetery, without a viewing, ceremony, or graveside service.

Graveside Service only

This package includes a graveside service only—ideal for families who prefer a simple, outdoor farewell without a formal ceremony or visitation.


It includes complete graveside setup with a tent, chairs, and lowering device, transportation of your loved one in our hearse, professional staff to assist at the service, and customized memorial folders to honor their life. *Does not include casket, open and closing, or outer burial container.

Traditional Burial Services

This comprehensive package includes everything you need for a traditional funeral experience: visitation, public viewing, funeral ceremony, and graveside service—providing families with the full range of meaningful support and remembrance.


Our dedicated staff will handle all the details, including planning the service, welcoming and accommodating guests, directing attendees, receiving and placing floral arrangements, and providing memorial folders, a register book, slideshow coordination, and a personalized music playlist.


*Embalming is included. Casket, cemetery opening and closing, and outer burial container are not included in this package.

Forwarding of Remains

We offer professional, compassionate care for families needing to transfer a loved one to another city or state for burial. This service includes bringing your loved one into our care, preparing them for transport, and arranging safe, respectful transportation to the receiving funeral home or airport.


Our charge includes:

• Basic services of our funeral director and staff

• Proportionate share of overhead costs

• Removal and preparation of remains

• Local transportation to another funeral provider or shipping point

Cremation Containers

Cremation Containers

Cremation containers range in price from $75 to $1,595 and consist of alternative containers, viewing containers, viewing beds, and rental caskets. Cloth covered and wood caskets may also be used.  If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).  *These are NOT urns, our urns start at $40 for wood urns, click HERE to see our online urn prices.


Affordable Casket Selection

Casket Pricing

Caskets range from $795 - $10,095 and consist of cloth covered, metal caskets, wicker and wood caskets.  We source from Made in USA caskets, Amish Caskets, and Special Order caskets. 


Metal caskets can be gasketed or non-gasketed and come in 20 Gauge, 18 Gauge, Stainless Steel and Solid Copper and Bronze. 


Wood caskets are not gasketed by nature, if you prefer a wood look and gasketing we carry metal caskets that are brush painted to look like real wood.

Outer Burial Containers

State or local law does not require that you buy a

container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that

you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements.  We source Made in the USA with prices ranging from $295 - $18,995. 


OBC may be required for cremation and casket burials.  Our prices include delivery, setup, and service of the OBC.  Many can be customized to include full color graphic image on the tops.
